Laylo Bakhodirova

Laylo Bakhodirova - Assistant Professional  

Meet Laylo Bakhodirova, from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, a tennis professional with 16 years of experience in tennis. Passionate and dedicated, Laylo is excited to join our team this summer.

During her time at East Tennessee State University, she led ETSU as a team captain to its first SoCon championship title since 2016, was honored as the Southern Conference Player of the Year in 2023, as well as the ITA Ohio Valley Region Most Improved Senior, ETSU Legacy Award, and the ETSU Female Athlete of the Year award across all sports.

Beyond her collegiate achievements, Laylo has demonstrated a passion for coaching and mentoring aspiring tennis players. With coaching experience at Montclair Golf Club (Summer 2021-2022), Laylo has enhanced her skills in guiding players of all ages and skill levels in tennis and pickleball. In 2023, she continued her career at ETSU as the Women’s Tennis Assistant Coach.
