PURCHASE A HOME
Buck Hill Falls offers country club living at its best. With only 305 homes and over 4,500 flawless acres, our residents enjoy an intimate sense of community and endless opportunities for rest, relaxation, and privacy.

Each home is called a cottage, whether it’s a modern townhome, a quaint Craftsman bungalow, or a grand stone mansion. Most are built for hospitality, with large fireplaces, spacious porches, and beautiful views—perfect for gatherings, getaways, and celebrations.

ENROLL AS A NON-RESIDENT MEMBER
Your Buck Hill Falls Non-Resident Membership grants all the privileges of Resident members, including Golf, Tennis and other Racquet Sports, Dining, Lawn Bowling, Swimming Pool, Paiste Pond Chalet amenities, Community events, Fishing, Trails, and “member” status for tournament play.
We’ve upgraded our golf course and racquet courts, hired new pros and instructors, expanded youth program offerings, and added all-new food and beverage options and leadership. We also offer the ForeTees App. This all-in-one app allows you to manage your tee times, dining reservations, court times, lessons, guest passes, event attendance, and more – directly from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Fees for Camp Club, lessons or instruction, golf cart rental, golf bag storage, pool locker rental, PA fishing licenses, guest fees, and other separate charges are not included in either Resident or Non-Resident membership.
Beginning in 2023, all memberships will span a twelve-month period, rather than the length of a season. We will continue to invest in our golf course, racquet sports, amenities, and technology to enhance the Buck Hill Falls experience for all members.
